I clearly feel more confident in my approach to work. The self doubts have gone and I feel as though I am driving the car rather than being the passenger -- and you were right, you can change some deep rooted beliefs. Jerri - Ann Arbor, Michigan {Anxiety of the workplace]
Dear Amy,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share with you that Monday was my six month anniversary for quitting smoking. It's an anniversary that has tremendous meaning for me and one I never thought I'd be able to accomplish.... I have enclosed a picture of myself. My boyfriend took it. He thanks you, too. I don’t smell "smokey" anymore. Sincerely, Renee - Okemos, Michigan
Thank you for helping me. I passed the exam. I’m off to get my Master’s now. Ted Zimmer - Ann Arbor, MI [Test Taking and Memory Improvement]
I made more progress in my 2nd session than in years of regular counseling. I've tried a lot of things, but this is really worthwhile. I really feel I can move on with my life and not struggle with low self-esteem any more. Margaret, Plymouth, Michigan
I've seen Amy a number of times and have found her to have a really good "ear." She is extremely perceptive and intuitive. Whatever you want to work on, she is there to guide you through the process. She is the non-partial, neutral viewer of your process. She has been able to see patterns that I haven't been able to see and she has made connections between my various life "stories" that I thought were completely different. When I leave, I know that something has been healed even if I can't put my finger on it. I just walk out feeling a lot more "whole" than when I walked in. But something always shifts, if you are willing to do the work. Ted, Tecumseh, Michigan
Amy, Just a note to thank you for all of your help. That session has made such an improvement in my life. I don't gasp every time I feel stressed in the car, I just start turning my ring and using the trigger words and I become relaxed. I would like to set up a session for weight loss. Again thank you so much. Linda - Ann Arbor, Michigan [Fear of riding as a passenger in a car]
