How many times have you tried to quit smoking? Once, twice, more than 4 times? No matter how long you have smoked and no matter how many times you've quit and started up again, hypnotherapy can help you quit for good.
Most programs (even hypnotic ones) work with a person's willpower. Willpower is like adrenaline. Adrenaline is used to help you through a physical activity; willpower helps you through a mental activity. They both wear off.
Ms. Hale's techniques are designated for the subconscious mind which is your habit center and works with belief systems. Our subconscious mind is not rational (that's the job of the conscious mind). Instead it takes in information and beliefs and runs them (like programs on a computer) while keeping them from conscious awareness. Ms. Hale guides you to access your subconscious beliefs so that you can overwrite them with new information.
| If you continue to smoke (or chew tobacco) you're
choosing a future that is destined to be filled with pain and fear
and possibly a younger death taking you away from your family and
friends who will miss you. OR |
|
you can come in and take control of your health and freedom and give yourself the opportunity to enjoy life more, as well as, enjoy your children and family longer. |
You can continue to smell bad (really the cologne and mint gum just make it more gross), lose energy, and worry about getting cancer or emphysema. OR |
|
you can receive tools from Amy Hale to create the mindset (conscious and subconscious) suitable to stop smoking so that you can stop smoking now and forever and feel better about yourself and your life. |
You can try to run away from tension and continue on the cycle of discomfort and dis-ease OR |
| You can learn how you have been misperceiving the tension release from smoking. (It's not really the tobacco - tobacco is a stimulant, therefore, it cannot make you feel less tension.) This puts you in control instead of tobacco controlling you. |
| Yes I am still not smoking, because
I am a non-smoker. I am doing very well Thank YOU!! - Heather I went to Amy to help me stop smoking. Not knowing much about hypnosis, I was a little nervous. Once I arrived at my appointment, Amy took her time and explained the whole process to me which calmed my nerves. After one session I was a non-smoker and that was over a year ago. Imagine,
for a moment, that you are free from tobacco. Your hair doesn't smell.
Your clothes don't smell. You have more energy and you feel more free
and balanced.
Notice what it is like to no longer crave or be controlled by cigarettes.
Withdrawal symptoms can be reduced or eliminated when using clinical hypnotherapy as a tool to help you quit smoking. Experience freedom from tobacco without pain, shaking, depression, or anxiety. Feel good again and breathe easier.
Anatomy of the Stop Smoking Program
You can stop smoking in two sessions. During your sessions, we will discuss your personal habits with smoking so that suggestions can be built for your success. Hypnotherapy will be comfortably introduced and we will communicate with your subconscious mind to release your previous programming of being a smoker and create healthy habits, like drinking more water, for you. Most people (94.6%) stop smoking, completely, by the second session.
