Amy offers an individualized two session program.  During the initial session, you will discuss your personal habits with smoking and learn how you can begin to change your habit right away.  Hypnotherapy will be comfortably introduced and you will receive hypnotic suggestions to to drink more water. Water is an excellent replacement for smoking as it helps to cleanse the body and it helps bring energy into your system of health. By making small changes initially, you will notice how much control you have over this habit and it will help you stop smoking more easily. Many people stop smoking, completely, during this first session. Others will find that they smoke about half as much. 

 

The second session (one week later) is the stop smoking day, if you haven't already stopped from the first session. It reinforces your freedom from tobacco plus helps you to reframe your former smoking habit so that you don't begin smoking again later.  You will be given more hypnotic suggestions to help you maintain your new lifestyle as a non-smoker.
