SESSION CONTENT: Hypnotherapeutic tools are used at every session (unless you are coming in primarily for Reconnective Healing or Reiki). Discussion of your present issues at the beginning will help format your hypnosis session. Hypnosis sessions are individualized for each client.

If at any time you appear not be ready for change when you come in, Amy will cancel the session (with no charge to you). You will be given a guide sheet to prepare you for readiness so that you can reschedule with confidence. Amy would prefer that you are successful at each session so that progress can take place easily and quickly.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Strict confidentiality is kept as in any other professional office. If you wish for me to discuss your issues with another person, I will need written authorization to do so. Strict confidentiality is also maintained for minors.

DISTRACTIONS: In order for your sessions to be more effective, you will need to come prepared to turn off cellular phones and other noise making devices. Please make arrangements for child care. You may bring a friend or a spouse, however it is advisable not to.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION: You will be required to pay for an appointment that is canceled without a minimum of 24 hours notice of the actual appointment time. If an emergency arises or you become ill, you may reschedule. You must reschedule for a time within one week of the cancelled appointment or pay for the session which was cancelled without the 24 hour notice. (This policy assures me that you will show up and you are committed to making the changes that you have requested help with.)

20-MINUTE: If you are 20 minutes late, it is considered a no show cancellation. The 24-hour cancellation policy will apply. You will be charged for that session. Please call to reschedule your appointment.
