Are you ready to take charge of your worries and face life calmly?

Anxiety can be many things. It can be a series of irrational thoughts. Anxiety can be very mild, almost undetectable or it can be as severe as panic attacks. Although anxiety can be hereditary, most anxiety can be successfully treated by the cognitive approaches of hypnotherapy.

I just can’t fail this exam.

What if I get on the freeway and a car rams my rear fender?

How could I have said that? I am so stupid.
